1 / Communication Preferences

For scheduling or general communication, please reach out via text or email. Calls can be scheduled as needed. In an emergency, feel free to call directly.

2 / Same-Day Walk Requests

Requests for same-day walks must be submitted before 9:00 a.m. We will try to accommodate last-minute needs but cannot guarantee availability.

3 / Boarding Requests

Please submit boarding requests as early as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate you or connect you with a trusted care provider, space is limited and not guaranteed.

4 / Cancellation for Extended Stays

For stays longer than 5 days, cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost. This is because your reservation blocks off time that could have been offered to others.

5 / Media Consent

Unless you request otherwise, your dog may be photographed or filmed for use on social media or promotional materials. If you prefer your dog not to be featured, please let us know in advance - we're happy to honor your request.

6 / Vaccination & Identification Requirements

All dogs must be current on vaccinations and must wear both a valid license and a rabies tag on their collar while in our care.

7 / Behavior & Liability

While safety is a top priority, accidents can happen. If your dog causes harm to another dog or person, you will be responsible for any resulting veterinary or medical expenses.

8 / Health & Illness Disclosure

Close contact with other dogs increases the risk of illnesses such as kennel cough or giardia. We will notify you of any known outbreaks. If your dog is diagnosed with a contagious condition, please inform us immediately so we can take proper precautions.

9 / Home Access

You authorize us to enter your home to retrieve your dog if you're not present. If your dog isn't immediately accessible, you consent to us searching the premises. Please let us know if there are any areas you'd prefer we avoid.

10 / Time Off & Coverage

In case of illness, emergencies, or vacation, we'll make every effort to arrange alternate care - but coverage is not guaranteed.

11 / Outdoor Risk & Equipment Disclaimer

We take every safety precaution, but equipment failures or unexpected events can occur. If a leash or harness fails and your dog escapes, we will act quickly to recover them, but we cannot be held liable. By using our services, you accept the inherent risks of outdoor activity.

12 / Holiday Fee

A $10 holiday fee will apply on all services that fall on Easter, the Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day.
